DEWALT® SDS MAX High Impact Carbide and SDS Plus 2 Cutter Masonry Drill bits are covered by the manufacturer’s NO BREAK GUARANTEE.   If your drill bit fails for any reason while the anchor wear mark is still visible on the product, DEWALT will replace it free of charge.  Proof of purchase may be required.

There are 3 easy ways to get a replacement bit: 

  1. Call 1-800-4DEWALT (1-800-433-9258) between Monday and Friday, 8am-5pm Eastern and DEWALT will ship you a replacement bit at no charge.
  2. Visit the DEWALT Service Center nearest you.  A Service Technician will evaluate the product and replace the bit free of charge if it failed prematurely and the wear mark is still present.  Go to https://www.dewalt.ca/service-center to find one of 20 factory-owned locations or one of more than 600 authorized independent repair shops.
  3. Visit your local professional retailer.  The retailer can evaluate the product and replace the bit from stock or work with DEWALT’s Customer Service Team to order a replacement that can be shipped directly to you at no charge.

Radians offers a lifetime limited guarantee on the frames of all DEWALT Protective Eyewear. The frames are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, in accordance with the instructions, specifications and warnings included with the product. Please read and follow warnings carefully. Should the frame of any DEWALT Protective Eyewear product fail under normal use, Radians' liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the frame, at Radians' option. The frame will be replaced when received at our factory from the user. Postage and insurance are the responsibility of the user. If the particular product should be discontinued by Radians, then we will substitute eyewear of comparable or greater value. Incidental, special or consequential damages are disclaimed where permitted by law. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

This Warranty does not cover failure due to normal wear and tear. This warranty does not apply to accessories or damage caused where repairs have been made or attempted by others. This warranty is the only warranty offered by DEWALT, and any implied warranties shall not apply. DEWALT will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary in certain states or provinces. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.  All batteries and chargers sold with heated jacket kits are  covered by the standard 3 year warranty, 1 year service and 90 money back guarantee.

Pressure Washers: DEWALT agrees to repair or replace designated parts that prove defective within the warranty period listed below at the manufacturer’s sole discretion. Specific limitations/extensions and exclusions apply. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship and not parts failure due to normal wear, depreciation, abuse, accidental damage, negligence, improper use, maintenance, or storage. To make a claim under the terms of the warranty, all parts said to be defective must be retained and available for return upon request to a designated Warranty Service Center for warranty inspection. The judgments and decisions of the manufacturer concerning the validity of warranty claims are final. These warranties pass through to the end user and are nontransferable. As a factory authorized and trained Warranty Service Center, the factory will honor the terms of all component warranties and satisfy claims of the appropriate warranty provisions. Normal wear items include, but are not limited to, valves and seals, which are not covered by this warranty. The manufacturer will not be liable to any persons for consequential damage, for personal injury, or for commercial loss.
